Asheville Riverfront Condos

A new development of riverfront condos in Asheville plans to take advantage of the natural beauty and recent popularity of the city. The River Condos will be next the the French Broad River and include a riverside park with a canoe/kayak launch and 300 ft of river frontage. The new condominiums will also be a “green” development constructed using many recycled materials and including a landscaped community rooftop, which further compliments the character and diversity of Asheville.
